SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PAYMENT

We offer free shipping to all customers in India.

Domestic Buyers

All taxes and delivery costs are borne by Ticking Hands, we offer free delivery all over India. However, additional charges as per some state laws will be borne by the buyer.

Cash on Delivery

Currently we don’t provide COD but you can get in touch with us via [email protected]  or contact on +91 9373369007 to avail assistance for the same. 

International Buyers

Any import duties, taxes, and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Delivery Times

We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays) for products that are in stock. Incase of products that need to be procured from the seller, the products are dispatched after the merchandise has been received by Ticking Hands and is successfully validated, authenticated and refurbished. In such cases the product is shipped within 7 working days of receiving the product at the Ticking Hands Office. We will be constantly in touch with you through the transaction process, until the transaction is successfully completed. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period. We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours Monday to Friday, our office hours for shipping are 11.00 am – 06.00 pm. We cannot be held responsible for any delayed items.

Insurance

Yes, Insurance is chargeable at approximately 5% of the total cost (if opted for by the Seller). It applies to all goods damaged or lost in transit. Terms & Conditions for this insurance will apply. If opted for by the customer, Items would be insured by us from prior to postage until it is delivered. Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you. If someone else signs for delivery of an item on your behalf (whether or not they have authority to do so), you shall be treated as having received the item. If goods are not insured, the risk lies with the buyer. We won’t be responsible for any sort of loss or damage to the goods in transit & in the case of such an unfortunate incident won’t refund, exchange or provide a credit note against the damage/loss incurred.
